Theoritical and pragmatic aspects of the selection, evaluation, and management of collections in public libraries serving a population of 10,000 or fewer patrons. Acquisitions, publishers and publishing, policy making, and intellectual freedom and cencorship are covered. Designed to meet requirement for Levels V and IV public Library director certification. |
